Grand opening dinner party for North Fork 53. North Fork 53 is an educational farm stay in the beautiful North Fork Nehalem River valley along the Oregon coast. This event for over 200 people included an Argentinian style roast of a lamb and 1/2 a cow over open fire that took 2 days to fully cook.
